New-Construction Finder

106 builder communities from 15 builders, plus 10 new developments, on one map: who builds it, the builder's advertised starting price, and where each fact came from.

This list grows as our guides do. A builder community appears here when one of our builder profiles lists it, and every figure on its card is read from that profile's table, so the card always matches the profile. A development appears when one of our guides covers it and cites a source, and every line on its card is quoted from that guide; the site checks each quote whenever it is built. Anything a guide does not state reads "not listed."

About the prices: a starting price is what the builder advertised for its lowest plan or home on the date shown, not what homes sold for. Builders change prices and incentives often, and a starting price rarely includes lot premiums or options, so confirm it on the builder's page. "Builder listing" means the builder's site listed the community on that date; "Open" means one of our guides describes a development as renting or selling now.

Pins follow the filters. A filled pin marks a street address from our guide; a ring marks a street or the general area of a development; a numbered square marks a city center, standing for every community there whose guide gives no address. What this list does not cover

HOA dues and school assignments appear only where a builder's own page states them; for the rest, ask the builder for the HOA budget and check the address with the school district, since Alpine School District is splitting into three districts in July 2027. Builders not yet profiled, and communities a builder added after its profile was checked, are missing until we profile them. Provo City's own land-use decisions, the approvals, denials and pending applications, are in the Provo development tracker; confirm any entry there with the city before acting on it.
